Damn, technology conspired against me tonight.  iMovie crapped out several times, my camera didn’t want to transfer movies over and I was still a little out of it from yesterday closing out the quarter.  Finished strong though, so I’m really happy about that.

Firing a customer isn’t all that challenging, you are just walking away from bad business.  As things get tight, more and more companies will begin to value and sort their customers by profitability.  Those that don’t make the cut, will need to go.  It should be easy, but it is hard for sales people to recognize bad business.
